Returns + Exchanges

 

Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 10 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Items can not be returned if the item has been worn, washed or the tag has been removed. If our items are in a condition that renders them unsaleable (makeup stains, deodorant, obvious wear, or odor) WILL NOT be given a refund and the items will be sent back to you. Any clearance items will be final sale.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

1. Please email us at indigogypsybtq@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason why you would like to return your item.

2. After your email has been sent, please package and ship the items to the return address below.

3. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Indigo Gypsy is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

4. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive an email of the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will receive a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to go into your account.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Indigo Gypsy. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
